Raw Pet Food Maker Arrow Reliance Refuses To Recall Contaminated Food, FDA Says

Arrow Reliance, parent company of Darwin's Natural Pet Products for Dogs & Cats, is refusing to recall products contaminated with Salmonella, the FDA told reporters.

FDA spokesperson Anne Norris contacted the press with a personal note for the first time since the deadly, countrywide Midwestern Pet Food aflatoxin recall.
